Punch Card Details
Waumbek Golf is offering the Purchaser a 10 Play Punch Card ("Card") for the 2025 golf season. This Card allows the Purchaser to play the following:

• 10 rounds of 18-hole golf, or
• 20 rounds of 9-hole golf.

Tee Time Requirements
While the Card provides the Purchaser access to rounds of golf, the Purchaser is required to use a credit card to hold tee times. A valid credit card will be required to book and confirm a tee time, regardless of whether the tee time is paid for using the Punch Card.

No-Show and Cancellation Policy

• No-Show Policy: If the Purchaser does not show up for a booked tee time, one round will be deducted from the Purchaser's Punch Card for each no-show.
• Cancellation Policy: If the Purchaser is unable to make a scheduled tee time, the Purchaser must cancel the tee time at least 2 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the loss of one round from the Punch Card.

Limitations

• This Punch Card does not constitute a membership at Waumbek Golf.
• This Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the Purchaser whose name is listed on the Card. Guest rounds can be gifted by the purchaser if the purchaser is present at the time of play.
• Refunds will not be issued cancellations made within the 2-hour cancellation window.

Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and using the 10 Play Punch Card, the Purchaser agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Purchaser acknowledges understanding of the no-show and cancellation policies and agrees to comply with Waumbek Golf's booking and cancellation procedures.
