Cancellation Policy

Upon booking a tee time golfers may cancel prior to 24 hours or anytime due to inclement weather. Cancellations inside 24 hours, no shows or having less golfers booked can result in charging the card on file.

Billing Policy

To book a tee time a credit or debit card will be required to hold the reservation. Golfers may pay individually upon arrival of their tee time in the pro shop.

Credit Card Policy

All credit card transactions will be subject to a 3% convenience fee. By proceeding with this transaction, you are acknowledging that you are responsible to pay this fee and you authorize us to charge your credit card the additional amount necessary to cover this fee. For those who prefer not to pay a convenience fee, please note that the use of a debit card does not incur this fee. The consumer should carefully consider which of these two options meets their needs prior to conducting the transaction.

Golf Cart Policy

By electing to rent a golf cart(s) from Captain's Club Golf and Event Center (“CCGEC”), I agree to all of the following: I will return said cart immediately following completion of play in as good a condition as I received it. I agree to pay for the repair of any damage to the golf cart(s) sustained while in my possession. I fully and forever waive and release any and all rights and claims of any kind or nature for any injuries and damages, including but not limited to claims for negligence, premises liability, and emotional and physical injury, to the fullest extent permitted by law, that I may have against CCGEC, including all of its employees, owners, managers, volunteers, officials and representatives and anyone else acting on behalf of CCGEC. I further agree to defend, indemnify and hold CCGEC harmless from any and all liability of any nature whatsoever that may arise from or through my actions while golfing at CCGEC, including from my use of said golf cart, golf balls and golf clubs. I will inform those in my group or groups that they will likewise be responsible for any cart damage and injuries caused by use of the cart while in their care. I represent that I am familiar with the operation of said golf carts. I acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent risks involved in participating in golfing activities and I voluntarily assume any and all of those risks.
